The rabbit stucked and fell down into the river. 6.The squirrel was worried. He tried to find someone could help. Luckily, he met a fish.” Please help my friend he fell down into the river” squirrel said. Then The fish replied “ Yes, I will”. 7. The fish became bigger the he asked the squirrel up on his back. Finally, The rabbit was found. The squirrel and the rabbit continue their way. The fish accompanied them into the waterfall. 8. Finally, They arrived in the magic waterfall. They also thanked the fish which helped them. The rabbit and the squirrel enjoy the waterfall scenery.

(Children do Cat Pose – on hands and knees, round and arch the back.) Benji and the cat continued walking together when they heard a hissing sound. "What is that?" asked the cat. A long, shiny snake slithered out from behind a bush. "Hello, friends," said the snake. He stretched his body long and lifted his head. (Children do Snake Pose – lie on the stomach, hands under shoulders, and lift the chest.) Benji and the cat were happy to meet the snake. "Do you want to come on our adventure?" they asked. "Yes! But first, let’s rest on this big rock," said the snake. The three friends sat quietly on the rock, feeling the warm sun on their backs. (Children do Rock Pose – kneeling, fold forward, forehead on the ground, arms by sides.) After resting, they all stood up, stretched, and continued their adventure together, ready for more fun! Layths father noticed Layth was sad so he asked, whats wrong. Layth told his father about his dream and said "I would love to learn how to skateboard." His father explained that he doesnt know how to skateboard but luckily Layths Uncle Tio Von is very good at skateboarding. So Layths father called Tio Von to the house to show Layth how to skateboard and do tricks. Layth was a natural and learned very fast. The next day Layth entered the Canada Skateboard Extreme Tricks Competition and won 1st Place

He added a tiny extra sip of air at the top. Then he let out a long, slow sigh through his mouth. “Ahh,” Benji said, feeling his chest relax. The whirling tornado inside him slowed down. “It works!” Master Ling nodded. “It does. This is a gift you can use anytime you feel stressed or scared. Practice it often, and you’ll always have a way to find calm.” From that day on, Benji shared the secret of the Calm Breath with everyone in Breezy Hollow. Whenever his friends felt worried, he’d remind them, “Top up your breath before you sigh!” Soon, the whole village used the Calm Breath to stay calm and happy.
