Don’t you want to go swimming with me?”. Fran looked a little sad and said “I want to go swimming but I don’t know how. I am afraid.” Jim tells Fran, “don’t be afraid, I have something that can help you to learn how to swim. Come with me.” Jim then runs towards his parents and shouts to his mother, “mommy, can you please give me the arm floats?”. Jim’s mother took out the arm floats from her beach bag, and gave them to Jim. Jim gave one to Fran and said “here, blow that float up and I will blow this one up”. Fran and Jim each blew up one arm float. Then Jim said “Now slide these up your arms. I will help you. They will help you to float in the water.” After the floats were on her little upper arms, she held out her arms and started to walk towards the water with Jim. Jim went into the water up to his knees first. Jim then turned and reached out his hand to Fran and said “come in the water with me”. Fran held his hand and walked into the water with him. As Fran went further into the water, she then exclaimed to Jim “I can’t feel the bottom with my feet anymore!”. Jim then laughed and said, “that’s because you are floating”. Then Fran realized that the arm floats were helping her to float. She then laughed and shouted to her parents saying “Mommy, Daddy, I am floating!”. Her parents waved to her smiling and Jim’s parents were also smiling. Fran and Jim then had fun laughing and playing in the water together, while both of their parents looked on, smiling. Fran and Jim had the best beach day ever.

Carson Went Back to the Mesozoic Era One day, Carson was bored. Then he went out of the house and saw some metals on the floor. He picked them up and thought he could make a space-time machine. After a while, Carson finished building the time machine. He was satisfied. He went into it and saw some dinosaurs. He realized he had forgotten to bring his mobile phone. He was worried that he couldn’t go back home. Finally, some dinosaurs kept some food for Carson and brought him to a secret golden forest because there was a gigantic space-time machine. Mangoes gave him X-ray vision so keen, to see through the sugar that Dr. Cavity would scheme. Oranges, strawberries, and kiwi so bright, brought vitamin C to heal, with all their might. Berries, for speed to defeat Dr. Cavity's fuss, against sugar-filled cereals, and foods so unjust. But back in the real world, he heard a call, "The bus is here!" – it was time to enthrall. He grabbed an orange, berries in a dash, and off to the bus, he'd quickly flash. Energized and eager, for the day ahead, his lunch bag adventures, no one could dread. For Sere was a hero, fighting the good fight, making healthy choices, morning and night. The end of this tale, with lessons quite clear, choose healthy foods, have no fear. Be a superhero, just like Sere, and your body and mind will always be in the clear”
