Haden Edwards received an empresario contract to settle 800 families near Nacogdoches. When he arrived with the families in the 1820s, he discovered people already lived there. They arrived long before Mexico gave him the grant. Edwards became very angry and tried to take over the town. The Mexican government did not support Edwards. Instead, they annulled his contract. Edwards stayed in the area and attempted to start a rebellion. On December 21, 1826, Edwards and his supporters claimed part of East Texas free and independent of Mexico. They named it the Republic of Fredonia. They even had support of the Cherokee in the area. However, most Anglo settlers in Texas did not support Haden’s rebellion. When a group of men from Austin’s colony joined with Mexican soldiers to march on Fredonia, Haden and his brother fled to the United States. The unrest caused Mexican leaders to rethink their immigration policies.

Once upon a time there lived a beautiful girl Paulina . She was so cute and charming, everybody in the neighborhood loved her . But Paulina loved to collect Squishmallow toys - she had an impressive collection! 20 animals, 30 dolls, 40 fruits and 50 vegetables. She loved them all and placed them in her room on the best places on the bookshelves. Last week Paulina noticed that one of her favourite toys Fox Lila disappeared . Paulina was very frustrated. Paulina was very sad but her parents cheered her up . Next week they searched in the front yard - nothing! At the backyard - nothing as well. Finally, Daddy asked their Puppy Jack to help to find the missing Foxy and the Puppy found it . To everybody's surprise it was under the sofa in the living room - Puppy was playing with it and forgot to bring back. Paulina was extremely happy and kissed the Puppy . Everybody was jumping from happiness. Now the collection was full and all her friends toys were all together, peacefully sleeping in her room. Sweet dreams , Paulina and her Squishmallow friends .

Midway through the second period, he intercepts the puck and scores a stunning goal, feeling the thrill of contributing offensively. In the second game, tied late in the third period, Liam doesn’t hesitate. He dekes past the goalie and scores the game-winner. In the third game, Liam returns to defense, playing a pivotal role in shutting down the opposing team and advancing the Arctic Foxes to the championship. The final game is intense, but Liam seizes his moment. Late in the game, he finds himself open in front of the net and scores the winning goal. The Arctic Foxes become tournament champions, and Liam is swarmed by his jubilant teammates. As the team hoists the banner, Liam realizes he’s proven himself—not just to others, but to himself. Coach’s words echo in his mind: “You’ve got what it takes. You always have.” From that day, Liam knows hockey is more than a sport; it’s a journey of self-discovery and confidence.

One winter day Sarah was walking in the forest and met Santa's Elf. The Elf told her that Santa was sick and would not be able to deliver all the presents to the children on time. The Elf asked Sarah for help, he said that only a child with a good and brave heart would be able to replace Santa and save the holidays. Sarah agreed. She did not want the children to not get presents on Christmas and be sad. Sarah went to the elf factory, where the elves make and wrap Christmas presents. Sarah helped wrap the presents and checked if each child got the right present. Sarah got to know Santa's reindeer and also visited Santa. Santa thanked her very much for her help. Sarah wrapped the presents on the sleigh. She got on the sleigh, and the reindeer flew high into the sky. Sarah went to every house on the night before Christmas and left presents for the children. It was a wonderful adventure. All the children were happy, and Christmas was, as usual, special.
