God describes David as “a man after My own heart” (1 Samuel 13:14, Acts 13:22). That does not mean that he was blameless. He confronted him with his sin, and David repented. Psalm 51 gives us an intimate glimpse of his emotions:

From that day, Smisha recognized its might came from both giving light and embracing nature's help. Together with Earth, they wove through the skies as a radiant team. Even the mighty Sun learned the value of relying on others. Its light shone brighter than ever before. Through their bond—the sunflower reflecting Smisha’s beams—they discovered a friendship beautifully bold and brave.
