She was a 10-year-old African American girl with dark skin, big brown eyes and two afro puff ponytails tied with cotton candy looking ribbons. Z'Rica lived with her mom, little sister, and baby sister. They didn't have a home, so the car was their house. The back seat was Z'Rica's bedroom, and she kept her few belongings in a suitcase. "Z'Rica, you have a special mission," it said in a low, rumbling voice. Z'Rica was surprised, but also excited. Her hair started talking back to the comb! Penny, the tooth-brushing porcupine princess, lived in a cozy castle deep within the enchanted forest. Unlike other princesses, Penny's favorite pastime was keeping her teeth shiny and clean. Armed with a tiny golden toothbrush and a pot of minty toothpaste, she diligently brushed her quills every morning and night. Her subjects, the woodland creatures, admired her dedication to dental hygiene and often joined her in brushing their own teeth. One day, a mischievous goblin tried to prank Penny by offering her sugary treats, but she kindly declined and explained the importance of caring for their teeth. With her sparkling smile and caring nature, Penny not only ruled her kingdom with kindness but also inspired everyone to take care of their dental health.

A ballerina’s gown, so lovely to see, Maya was ready, and happy as could be. Page 8 They danced and spun, so happy and free, Laughing and twirling, as bright as could be. Then, feeling tired, they sat down to rest, Above the stars, they felt so blessed. Page 9 The stars then said, “It’s time to go, The moon is high, with a gentle glow. We’ll brush our teeth, and have our snack, Then head to bed, and not look back.” Page 10 “But remember, dear Maya, we’ll always be near, Look to the sky, and we’ll appear. Dance by the window, we’ll twinkle and play, Forever with you, night after day.
