crear un libro donde dos chicos se conocieron un dia por faceboock, empezaron hablar mucho tiempo por messenger, hasta el dia que se conocieron en persona, el chico mas alto, delgado de pelo ondulado, de grandes ojos verdes, con lentes, pelo marron claro pestanas largas, le dijo que si queria ir a comer a un restaurante. entonces ese dia se conocieron ahi. el chico alto llego primero. y tuvo que esperarlo en el carro mucho tiempo y se molesto un poco, pero cuando lo vio llegar sus ojos se llenaron de emocion y alegria. el otro chico era todo lo que habia sonado, era tan perfecto como los angeles, tenia unos ojos hermosos, grandes igual, su pelo era ondulado tambien pero un poco mas claro que el del otro chico, su nombre era caleb por lo que pegaba perfectamente con su personalidad ya que tenia algunos rasgos de arabe, dientes perfectos, barba semi corta, aunque el otro chico tambien tenia barba pero mas corta aun. comieron y caleb pidio una pina colada, y Marlon quien es el chico mas alto, pidio un lechee Martini. despues de ese dia ellos supieron que esta historia iba a continuar por mucho tiempo. y pues llego el dia 14 de febrero, que es hoy pero aqui no acaba la historia. esta historia continuara

Speech Therapy helped him find his words, like pieces The doctors and nurses gave him medicine to help his brain heal. Sahmad sometimes felt sad, frustrated, angry, and discouraged. Every day, Sahmad worked hard, and he discovered something amazing – the power of his own determination. He used a walker and a wheelchair. Sahmad's smile lit up the room, and his laughter echoed through the hallways. Sahmad right arm and legs moving with newfound strength. His words flowed. people around him celebrated his achievements.

Anna was a beautiful girl with short hair and she loved learning. Anna shared the room with her 4 sisters and she didnt like it. Anna's sisters kept making noise at night and didnt let her sleep. Page 2 The two brothers arrived at the Old Wall and saw the ancient wall and narrow gate. Ming told Wah that this place once defended against pirate invasions. Page 3 As they walked into the village, they saw villagers preparing for the Spring and Autumn Festival. Wah excitedly said, “I want to see these traditional rituals!” Page 4 Ming took Wah to the Tin Hau Temple, where a statue of Tin Hau was enshrined. They saw villagers ringing bells to pray for safety, feeling the power of faith. Page 5 Next, they arrived at the ancient well. Wah curiously asked, “How old is this well?” Ming replied, “It’s an important water source for villagers, over a hundred years old!” Page 6 They visited the Song Ling Tang Temple and admired the beautiful wood carvings and statues. Ming told Wah it was built to honor their ancestors. Page 7 The brothers ran through the fields of the village, enjoying the beauty of nature. Wah said, “The air here is so fresh; I love it!” Page 8 Finally, they sat on a hillside, watching the sunset. Ming and Wah promised to return to Lung Yeuk Tau in the future to explore more secrets!

As he lowers his hand, he notices a girl sitting alone in the gazebo. “Who’s that girl? I’ve never seen her here before,” Aqma wonders. As Aqma practices, he feels uncomfortable. He isn’t used to being watched, especially by a girl. “Come on, Aqma! You’re a man, don’t be shy,” he mutters to himself. He glances at the girl again, and to his surprise, she is watching him too. Aqma becomes even more distracted. Aqma gathers his courage and walks toward the girl. Rina, feeling shy and unsure, looks at him as he approaches. “Hi, my name is Aqma. What’s your name?” Aqma asks with a smile. The girl stays quiet for a moment, then softly replies, “Umm... Rina. My name is Rina.” “Hello, Rina! If you don’t mind, would you like to play football with me? Just for fun?” Aqma asks cheerfully. Rina shakes her head. “I’m sorry, Aqma. I can’t play football.” “Don’t worry! I’ll teach you!” Aqma insists. But Rina lowers her face and says quietly, “It’s not that... I can’t walk properly.” Aqma is confused a bit and then notices the walking stick behind her, “Oh," Aqma feels sorry and says softly, “I’m so sorry, Rina. I didn’t know...” Rina smiles a little. “It’s okay, really.” Suddenly, Aqma has an idea. “Hey, Rina! What if you become my coach?” “Me? How?” Rina asks, surprised. “You can help rate my skills and tell me how good my shots are! just like a real coach!” Aqma says excitedly. Rina smiles brighter. “Okay, my dads often tell me about Cristiano, so I understand a bit about football”. “Really? You know Cristiano too? Aqma surprised. From that day on, Aqma and Rina meet at the park often.

"As you breathe in, raise your arms up like a wave rising high. As you breathe out, let your arms flow back down." Daisy, Ollie, and Tilly swayed like ocean waves, feeling peaceful and light. Page 5: Finally, Sam introduced his favorite, Starfish Breathing. "Let’s make a star shape with our bodies," Sam instructed. They spread their arms and legs wide. "Now, let’s trace our star," Sam said, "Breathe in as you trace up one arm, and breathe out as you go down the next." Page 6: As they traced their star shapes, breathing in and out, everyone felt calm and relaxed. "Yoga helps us feel like we’re floating on a gentle wave," Sam said with a smile. "It’s the best way to start our day!" Page 7: When they finished, they all lay down on the soft, sandy sea floor in the Resting Reef Pose. "This is how we end our yoga," Sam whispered. "Just close your eyes and listen to the ocean’s lullaby." Page 8: As the waves whispered around them, Sam and his friends felt happy and peaceful. "Yoga with friends is so much fun," they all agreed. "Let’s do it again tomorrow!" And with that, they drifted off into a restful, dreamy sea, ready for a day filled with ocean adventures.
